SESSION 3: CELL CULTURE IN 3D SYSTEMS

Studying the complexity of cells and tissues in processes that govern them is not a simple task. Attempts to mimic the cellular environment and create experimentally authentic systems is one of the key challenges in cell culture today. The goal is to develop tools for 3D cell culture that meet the requirements of researchers by providing the optimal environment for their cells. We provide an overview of the tools Sigma-Aldrich have available for 3D cell culture including biomimetic matrices and structural networks.
